No two weddings are the same so we don't do set packages, we tailor what you want from wide range of options we offer, below is an example of the costs involved.
Complete film on DVD from only £999
This type of coverage is ideally suited for a smaller celebration. Filming will start approximately an
hour and a half before the ceremony. This will cover exterior and interior shots including detail
such as the flowers, table dressing etc. at the church and or venue. Arrival of the guests and bridal
party, we record the ceremony either church or civil and cover the photo call afterwards. Then
onto the reception and the photo call with the couple and their guests. Filming will include pre
reception drinks, the speeches, formal toasts and cutting of the cake.
You also have the opportunity to select your own music soundtracks to be mixed with the live
recorded sound. The production also includes credits or titles of the immediate wedding party. One
copy of the wedding film on DVD which will be presented in a crystal super DVD case and includes
your own personalised artwork. You will also have the option to purchase additional copies of the
DVD. You can either choose to have this option on it’s own or as many of our couples do add
additional coverage and enhanced edit features from the following list.
Enhanced Options
1: An additional camera is used for filming allowing for alternative views to be captured. This is necessary in most churches or venues when the main camera view may be restricted in any
way. It also means we can capture the reactions of the guests during the ceremony, speeches and
any live entertainment. In all it us gives much more scope when creating the final DVD as we have
more footage available to us when editing.
If you are a bride getting ready at the venue where the ceremony will take place then we will
include filming of those all important bridal preparations. This option includes an advanced level of
editing and enhanced menu navigation and also features our highly acclaimed highlight sequence.
In addition you will receive 3 copies of the final DVD presented in a crystal super DVD case which
includes your own personalised artwork. Special highlights of your wedding are also uploaded and available to view online for friends and family to view securely.
This is an additional £496
2: If you would like your film to capture the excitement of the bridal preparations, this option allows
for filming approximately 3 hours before the ceremony takes place. You only get one chance to
capture those precious moments with close friends and family whilst the bride prepares for her big
day. Filming will also include arrivals at the church or venue. We will also film the evening
celebrations including new guest arrivals through to the end of the first dance. This option also
includes an advanced level of editing which includes extensive menu navigation and features our
highly acclaimed highlight sequence. In addition you receive 3 copies of the final DVD presented in
a crystal super DVD case and includes your own personalised artwork.
This is an additional £796 (our most popular package)
3: For those couples wanting more flexibility we offer our bespoke filming option. This is popular
with couples who perhaps want the wedding party filmed throughout a weekend of events for
International weddings etc. This option offers a host of enhanced extra’s and is priced upon
request.
4: Extended coverage: This is available on the morning of the preparations, ideal if the
groomsmen are playing a round of golf or you simply want to capture the groom and best man
preparation at an additional charge of £195
5. Super 8 filming is available for most weddings and is charged at £220 which includes up to 6 cartridges, includes telecine transfers and editing into the main feature and highlights. Additional filming is available at an additional cost.
6: Special Highlight Sequence Edit: Our highly acclaimed highlights sequence can be added to
our entry level option. This runs for approximately 3-4 minutes and captures the most exciting
and poignant moments of the day. With lots of enhanced features such as black and white, slow
motion and colour effects set to your own choice of music soundtrack.
This is an additional charge of £195 (free on enhanced and extended coverage)
7. Online Highlights are provided free of charge so friends and foamily can view the best bits on-line anywhere in the world.
8: ‘Thank You DVD’ Special Highlight Sequence Edit: A very popular option with couples is to
send friends and family a copy to say thank you and allow everyone to share in the best
moments of the day. This includes 10 DVD copies presented in crystal super DVD cases and
includes your own personalised artwork.

9: Wedding day music video or music sequence such as ‘Marryoke’ or additional location filming before or after the day with prices from £125
10: Early Years Photo montage with up to 10 images at £99
11: Early Years Photo montage with up to 20 images at £125
12: Additional DVD copies are available at £24.50
13: IPOD, Flash or Windows Media video file provided of the Highlights only sequence at £35 or the full wedding film sequence at £70
Crew meals
For weddings over 8 Hours each crew member must be provided with food at the venue or alternatively a £20.00 fee per
head will be charged to cover any meal expenses. This is because crew need a break to keep fresh and
in many instances are working up to 12 hours on the day. We would also ask that the crew are
able to have a provision of water, tea or coffee once at the reception venue, meal breaks will be
taken only whilst the wedding breakfast is under way and the crew are not required.
Travel costs
20 miles are included from our Central Newcastle base thereafter, mileage will be charged at a rate of £0.40 per mile and as required we may need
to charge for accommodation and subsistence for weddings that require us to travel a considerable distance and this will be agreed prior to the booking and
charged at the appropriate rate.
Booking information
All bookings are secured with a non refundable £200 deposit, prices are fixed on booking with payment in full required 2 weeks
prior to the wedding day. We have a pay as you go option which allows you to make regular
installments. We accept payment by cheque, cash, and most major debit and credit cards.
As we are only able to do just over 20 weddings per year due to other filming commitments we would advise you to book early to avoid disappointment as popular dates get booked up to 2 years in advance.
